Return and Exchange Policy

At Innershay, we want you to love your pieces as much as we loved creating them. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it right.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

  • To start a return, please contact us at innershayclothing@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how to ship it back.

  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

  • Need a different size or color? No problem!

  • Exchanges can be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • To request an exchange, email innershayclothing.com, include your order number and the new size or color you’d like.

  • If the item is out of stock, we’ll issue store credit or a refund instead.

Final Sale Items

  • Please note that pre-orders, sale items, and limited-edition drops are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
